All sales at THE POKÉPAD are final. We do not accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item

We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Sizing Exchanges We understand sizing can be tricky! If your item doesn't fit, we'll work with you on an exchange. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and the size you need. Note that exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items Because all of our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
